How to Order Custom Kippahs: A Step-by-Step Checklist

Ordering custom kippahs is simple once you know the six decisions to make. Run through this checklist and you’ll have everything we need to send a mockup and a quote in one business day.

1. Pick the occasion and quantity

Wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, synagogue, corporate, bris, or gift — the occasion sets the tone. Estimate your guest count and add spares; approximate is fine, we’ll firm it up with the mockup.

2. Choose a material

Satin for value at volume, suede for a premium feel, knit for everyday wear. If you’re torn, we’ll mock up your design on more than one.

3. Choose a color

Match your event palette or brand. Navy, royal blue, black, white, ivory, and burgundy are the most-ordered; custom Pantone matching is available.

4. Write the imprint

Two or three short lines — names, date, and a venue or motif — in gold or silver foil. Send Hebrew exactly as you want it to appear.

5. Send any logo or artwork

Have a logo or emblem? Send a vector file if you can; if not, we’ll recreate it print-ready for free.

6. Mind the timeline
