FAQ
Everything you need to know before you order custom kippahs.
What’s the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 50 kippahs for a personalized run. Smaller keepsake orders — like a single family simcha — are quoted case by case, and large synagogue or organization orders scale into the thousands with better per-piece pricing. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll find the right path.
How long does production take?
About three weeks from an approved mockup. Rush production is available for firm dates like a wedding or bar mitzvah — just flag the date when you request a quote and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
What materials and colors are available?
We offer satin, suede, knit/crochet, velvet, and leather. Satin and suede come in dozens of colors — white, black, ivory, navy, royal blue, burgundy, and more. Foil imprinting comes in gold and silver, and custom Pantone matching is available at higher tiers so the kippahs match your event palette or brand.
Is the foil imprinting really permanent?
Yes. Names and the date are hot-stamped into the satin or suede lining — not stickered on — so they won’t peel or rub off with normal handling. Embroidered names and knit personalization are sewn into the kippah itself, so they last as long as the kippah does.
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free, with unlimited revisions until you approve the design. You only pay when production starts — no setup fees, no art fees, no surprises.
Can you individually personalize each kippah?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names and we’ll personalize each kippah individually — common for bridal parties or honored guests where each one reads a different name. Because we imprint per piece, individual names cost the same as a single repeated design.
